像往常一样翻开邮箱，回复邮件，一封命名为TOP UGENTLY的信让我再次感到震惊。
这一单啊，走的彼此都心力憔悴，本以为消财免灾，本以为可以为主人尽力做一点力所能及的事情，本以为付掉巨额的转船以及罚金之后一切都相安无事了，后来才晓得我本人的想法是完全错误的。将钱付给P&O之后,货代承诺我会在10月底抵达目的港,于是我只能等，可是主人的来信才提示我到目前还未到,才晓得需求转船两次才可以抵达DUALA,10月份是不能够抵达的，于是和船公司核对，那边通知我，详细工夫应该是11月底.我傻眼了，于是坚持了缄默,由于我能做的或许就只要这样了,到了12月26日主人再次发来邮件,提示我船还是未到,于是再次让船公司帮助查询，一天后得知船在13号就抵达了港口,于是立刻电话联络主人，通知了他这个音讯，可是主人发来的如下邮件又把让人觉得到的都是遗憾:
Hello Jane,
About your last message to me, you were very right about the container arriving on the 13th December. This is what the problem was. My guys went to the shipping company that was transporting the container and their representative confidently told them that the ship was to arrive on the 25th of December and that because of the holidays they had to call before coming to the port to collect it. When I got your message, I informed them and also requested that they should check again with the ports authority to be sure that the container had not arrived yet. They reluctantly accepted to verify and still saying that the shipping representative had told them that it was to arriver on the 25th December. And when they went and check with the ports authorities they were shocked to hear that the ship had arrived since the 13th December as you had said.
Right now it is past due the days the container could be cleared from the port without penalties. Penalties have already started to acrue, which must be paid before the container can be released. If the container is not retrieved from the port within some specific time it will end up to be liquidated or auctioned to the general public.
You can see for yourself how much trouble I am going through with this business that we started and it is now getting to a year and yet no head way out.
Anyway thanks for your support and I hope I do not get put out of the business.
